We want you to love RHOIA Daily Reds. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll refund your purchase — even if the jar is opened.

How to Request a Refund

Reach out through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your request. No return shipment is required unless we ask for one.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Subscription Orders

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges (see our Subscription Policy). Subscription orders that have already been billed and delivered are covered by the same 30-day guarantee above.
